Privacy Policy
Last updated October 12, 2026
This policy explains what information the Quiriego Scottsdale website collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We collect as little as we can.
What we collect
The website has no sign-up forms and no accounts. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to write. The Reservations page loads OpenTable's booking widget. What you enter there (party size, date, your contact details) goes directly to OpenTable, which may use its own cookies and handles it under its own privacy policy; we do not receive it through this website.
To measure how the site performs, we use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights. They record aggregated page views and loading times without cookies and without identifying you across other websites.
How we use it
We use your email only to reply to you. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell, rent or share your information with advertisers.
Our website is hosted by Vercel, which also provides the analytics described above.
Stored on your device
The site remembers your day or night theme and whether you have already seen the welcome screen. This is kept in your own browser, is not sent to us, and you can clear it at any time in your browser settings.
Do Not Track
We do not track you across other websites, so our site behaves the same whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track signal.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to delete an email conversation with us by writing to us.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
